Ignorance is bliss.
Trying to suppress the ongoing thoughts about my weight is hard. But pretending everything’s okay and putting it out of my mind means I can eat whatever I want and not care. Right?
I took time off from the blog, gained the weight back, then on my own got lower then ever before.
Right before Thanksgiving I was 135lbs. I have since GAINED 20LBS.
When i was eating super healthy and doing awesome, I had gone more than 60 Days without bingeing, now I can’t go 2.
So I’m cutting out bread and sugar again and will start for the first time in several months to count calories and hopeful log my food and my progress.
My first goal is to get back to the weight I claim to be on this blog. I know I’ll lose the first 10lbs really quick if I drink a lot of water and stay on track.
